Problem with your order?
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. After this time period we will not be held responsible for any issues, please provide photographic evidence of the issue encountered.

Want to return your order?
You can return an online order within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back to the original payment method (excluding the original postage that has been paid).
Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Any items that are returned damaged, soiled or are not suitable for resale may be sent back to you, if this is the case we will contact you requesting payment for delivery.
Returns that are not the fault of JTR will have to be sent back to us at the cost of the individual.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).
